Musikalischer Frühschoppen

We are around 90 musicians from the beautiful municipality of Ellenberg in the Ostalb district. The music association is an integral part of cultural life in Ellenberg. We actively participate in many events organized by local associations and the church community. Our annual events, such as the annual concert in December, church concerts, and the Huebbergfest at the radio station, are very popular and always well attended. Our wide-ranging program extends from many well-known polkas and marches to modern pieces and musicals. We also do a lot of training and youth work in our association. This enables us to inspire many children and young people to learn an instrument and play in an orchestra. Our main band currently consists of around 55 active musicians of all ages. The main band has been led by conductor Ewald Kurz for more than 15 years.
